Step 1: keep a “tall” pose by bending your knee joints slightly and putting it on the platform. Immediately after grabbing the handles, you should now extend your back forward. Make an attempt to keep your shoulders retracted. Just after it, pull your elbows in and back at the sides of your upper body.
